What do you love most about your job?
No two cases are the same. We help a wide range of clients regarding a wide range of Family Law issues. We have over 30 years of experience in Family Law. We know when to negotiate, and we know when to litigate. We will suggest alternative means of resolving disputes, such as mediation or collaboration, before embarking upon court proceedings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for some of the biggest firms in Scotland and saw a better way of providing Family Law services. We have a unique fee structure that is a lot fairer and transparent for the client. I saw others starting their own Firms and making a success of it and believed I could do the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as specialists in Family Law and Child Law. We have accredited Mediation solicitors. That means we have dealt with a number of complex cases and live and breathe Family Law. We also charge in a fairer way compared to our competitors.
