What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being a roofer is the sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. You start with a project that can look overwhelming, but after hard work, you see the finished roof, and it feels great knowing you’ve made a home safer and more secure. Plus, the work is always different—every roof is unique, and that keeps things interesting. It’s a good mix of physical labor and problem-solving, and I really enjoy working outdoors with my hands.”
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own roofing business was the desire for more control over my work and future. I’ve always been passionate about the craft, and after working for a few different companies, I realized I could provide a higher level of service and quality by running things myself. I also wanted the freedom to set my own standards and build a company that values honesty, craftsmanship, and treating customers right. Ultimately, it was about creating something I could be proud of and that would allow me to support my family and community.”

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
1. Contactless Communication: We switched to more virtual consultations and estimates, using video calls, photos, and emails to assess jobs before meeting in person. This minimized the need for close interactions.
2. Health Screening: Before arriving at any job site, our team was required to conduct health screenings to ensure no one was experiencing symptoms or had been exposed to the virus. We also required our staff to wear masks when working near customers.
3. Social Distancing: While working on-site, we made sure to maintain safe distances from homeowners, and we coordinated drop-offs for materials to avoid unnecessary contact.
4. Sanitization: We took extra precautions to sanitize equipment and tools after each use, as well as any surfaces that might come into contact with the homeowner or their family.
5. Flexible Scheduling: We offered flexible scheduling and contactless payment options to reduce any in-person interactions or crowding in offices
