Can’t thank them enough had tiles blown off in the heavy winds, I spoke to Rob told him that water was pouring in ,they came with in hour stoped the leak temporary in the bad conditions,showed me what the problems and then returned when they said they would to do the the works needed, really really impressed and happy thank you very much

Was delayed 3 days of starting the job due to the weather which is understandable but kept me informed what day they would be hear

My nan and my mam was present when Rob turned up.
My nans roof was leaking and needed urgent repair when he checked and showed me the photos the work was £160 but my nan didn't have the money till a week later he said OK no problem Ill do it and have the next week,
He came down off the ladder once he done the work and showed them the pictures he turned around and said keep the money this is on me, more honest people like you we need my mam and nan are over the moon,

He was running 20 minutes late when he came to quote but called and informed me. when he was hear we had a great chat and went through all the options I had and what was was going to be done he wasn’t in any rush he was hear well over an hour to make sure I was making the right decisions I must admit I thought it was just all talk when he said what was going to be done before and after completion. but I’m well impressed with what was done and was kept informed throughout and I didn’t pay a penny until it was complete this is what won me over with all the scammers out there.
