Bespoke client goals are agreed at the beginning of every project. Using constant feedback and adjusting to the circumstances both physical and lifestyle goals are met.
The limitations are no limitations. Everyting is possible, it just takes character and motivation, and maybe a bit of my direction.

Getting the body of your dreams takes effort and motivation. If you highly motivated and your eyes are on the ball everything is possible.
