I cannot say enough about how fabulous our journey was with Rod, a truly fantastic tour guide. We were there for just a short, four-day trip but he made sure that we were able to take in all the most important sites. He was so informative and took the time to take pictures of us at every castle and scenic view. He even went as far as to ensure that we had water, snacks, and beautiful music to accompany us on our tour of the majestic Highlands. Rodney met us at the airport in Glasgow and shuttled us around Scotland with finesse for the better part of a week. He was always prompt and professional. He went the extra mile, like sticking around as we checked in at the end of the day. This proved critical one evening when our remote hotel couldn't accommodate us for dinner and Rodney kindly agreed to extend his day more than two hours to take us to the nearest town to eat. He took cues about our likes and dislikes and found off-the-beaten-path gems like a smaller whisky distillery to tour and a boat tour across a Loch for lunch which ended up being a highlight of our trip for all. -Professional, Prompt and a Gentleman- I had the very good fortune of having Rodney as my dedicated driver for a month at the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. Only the best drivers world-wide are selected after a thorough background check and driving assessment. Each and every day Rodney went beyond the duties of simply ferrying passengers. He was selected to be my dedicated crew driver to cover sports events and cultural stories, which at times were high stress time-sensitive assignments in a foreign country, and in a foreign language. Without exception, he was always early to arrive, effortlessly navigated the complex roads and was a critical element in our team success. He often worked past the grueling 12-hour shifts, was always the first to volunteer to help and carried heavy equipment, and he did it all with a smile and a kind word in his wonderful brogue.
