A really well organised operation. Drive to the travel centre, park the car for the day. There is a waiting room with tea, coffee and toilets. Then board the coach for your day trip. On return, you can just get into your car and drive home. Excellent. More...

Probably need to teach your driver/drivers to drive with more caution and not bully other drivers who have the right of way, and also teach them to not argue and be more professional.

Burns Night in Scotland January 2025 We feel we do need to let you know about our 4 night stay at the Landmark Hotel in Scotland. Our rooms were clean but the main problem was there was no room to hang our clothes and they had to be left in our cases. Also, the bathroom had no shelves so we had no where to put toiletries etc. Our meal on Thursday evening was awful and the staff were not able to keep up with food such as bread rolls for the soup and therefore everything was almost cold. The plates were not hot to start with either. The breakfasts were no better and no one was happy! Friday was no better and I personally complained to the evening catering manager who apologised. Saturday was Burns Night. We have to say at this juncture that our coach driver Mick and tour manager Claire were brilliant from the start of our journey to the end. We are sure they did there very best to sort things out and with their help Burns Night was a success. The food and presentation was so different and we felt that the standard was upgraded to what it should have been right from the start. As this holiday/hotel was listed as Gold standard and 4* we were expecting a higher standard than we received. We do feel we were let down,especially for the first two days. We have used Roberts for three trips in the last year. Blenheim at Xmas, Bath in Spring - both day trips. Just enjoyed a weekend in London too. Mick (driver) and his partner looked after us really well and we couldn’t fault the service. Comfortable coach. Hotel perfect. I really like their Enviro400 MMC / Double decker bus. It was really comfortable and it had seat belts what is good. National Memorial Arboretum was nice

We were passengers on a Roberts coach from Southampton cruise terminal to Woodall services South Yorkshire. What a comfortable journey in a lovely clean coach. The driver Tom and colleague Jake were so friendly and helpful, handing out bottles of water and mints and Tom was a very good safe driver. I have been on several day trips now with Roberts. The most recent being Whitby. Even though I can drive the stress of driving, parking and the cost is gone. They are an extremely professional team who go out their way to ensure everyone is looked after. While the bus trips can be quite long, they usually stop for a short break. We took our first short break with roberts and was pleasantly suprised how good they are . We Went to london visiting Windsor castle buckingham palace and the london eye . We had a great time the over night hotel was excellent as was the trip overall. The driver was on time at every drop off and let us off very close to all attractions. 15th August we had a day trip to Ingoldmells booked as a tenants association for our local community Robert’s coaches have been fantastic from the moment we booked the 61 seater coach all through to the day the driver Ben we had was fantastic and so kind and helpful we will absolutely use again thankyou to all for such a wonderful service

Tried to move our day trip to another date due to illness but told no. Apparently they don't move trips anymore irrespective of the fact that I know someone did exactly that only a few days ago. So can only assume different rules for differ people. Won't be using them again. More...
