Since reading Roberta’s book I was fascinated by her courage in taking her life into her own hands and trying to make the big changes needed for a better and happier future.
She has helped me along the way realise many difficulties I needed to overcome and my awareness and mindfulness has improved tremendously!
I participate in occasional group courses, workshops and when I need more personal help I book an individual session. Roberta’s energy is amazing and can only but help! I totally recommend any type of coaching she offers.

Coaching with Roberta was life changing for me, she has so many modalities to draw on, each session felt truly tailored to my needs. She is also very intuitive and could see what I needed, more than I could see for myself at times. It is clear that she lives and breathes her work and is so passionate about it, as well as extremely skilled. More...

The first thing I'd like to say is that Roberta is an amazing coach. I was lucky enough to have several coaching sessions with her and the results that we were able able to produce, I definitely could not have achieved on my own.
One of the things that I liked most about our sessions was that we did not have to stick to a fixed menu. I was able to bring along to the sessions whatever was concerning me that particular week and Roberta was open to spending time on those issues, there was no sense that I had to decide on a topic on week one and stick to it.
So I'd say to anyone considering having coaching with Roberta, don't feel that you need to have a defined topic you want to address. Roberta is skilled enough to be able to tease apart the sorts of issues and concerns that night be stopping you being who you want to be or achieving what you want to achieve. As long as you have some sense that you'd like to be better, or achieve more, or be happier, you can trust Roberta to help you get there.
Some of the attributes that Roberta has that make her a great coach are; She is a great listener. I felt that she “got” and understood everything that I said. She has a great memory; I often found her referring back to things that I'd mentioned in previous sessions. Sometimes these were things I'd even forgotten I'd said! She is forensic in her quest to get to the bottom of an issue. I sometimes came away from our sessions feeling that my brain had been well and truly picked apart. If that sounds in any way negative, it's not meant to be. I mean it to underline how skilled she is at getting me to examine my thinking.
On top of all this Roberta has a great sense of humour and is a person who is full of compassion. Because of this I felt truly safe with her that I could really open myself up.
As a result of the work that I did with Roberta I'm now due to start filming on a project in January that she helped me get up and running. On top of that I have a very different way of looking at some of the issues that I used to feel held me back. I'd also say that I'm now more able to deal with “upsets” or things that go wrong and which in the past would really have gotten to me.
So if this is something that you are considering embarking upon but need a bit of encouragement to get the ball rolling, I'd say “go for it”. The money and time you'll will be investing in yourself are going to give you results that you just can't get from reading a book or sitting around thinking about things..

Roberta is a very competent and experienced coach. She was very good at challenging me and this is what I needed. She helped me to question my future and at the same time she gave me useful tools to manage the present situation.
I value her methods and approach as they helped me to look at myself with more honesty.
She is also a very empathic and an easy person to share private information with; I could trust her completely.
I would recommend anyone needing direction to consult her as a coach

I was lucky enough to have a number of sessions with Roberta for life coaching.
I found these really helpful and setting out my targets and Goals In life.
Roberta was very professional and I would highly recommend her to others.
We worked on a number of goals together and how best to attain them, then we made plans of how to move foreword.
I found I gained real results after my sessions. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with these sessions and will be recommending her to friends and family.

In her coaching, Roby is empathetic and warm yet gently challenging. She pointed out some uncomfortable truths but was encouraging throughout. She taught me various steps to overcome unhelpful thoughts and to improve wellbeing. And I was able to overcome some procrastination following the sessions. Thank you, Roby! More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love facilitating miracles! Every time an adult is able to make a choice different from their usual ingrained patterns of decades... well, It's a miracle! I love it when people find the courage they were not able to access before, or when I make them see their situation from new, empowering perspectives. I love helping them seeing multiple solutions where they initially saw none. I love it when they learn to show themselves more compassion and grace, in acts and words. And I love that every client is a completely different universe and we get to make magic together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was already a freelancer (interpreter, subtitler, voice-over artist), and much as I was loving my jobs, I clearly felt I was called to help people, though I didn't know in which capacity. In 2018 I went away backpacking alone for 3 months in Sri Lanka, India and Nepal to escape from my most prolonged and intense crisis, and I decided to make an experiment: to take life as it was, without having any preset ideas on what I wanted to happen, to see how it is living without attachments and expectations. And it was a trip that changed EVERYTHING for me, to the extent that I wote a book about all the lessons that I learnt. When in Nepal, during a 10 day silent meditation retreat, I had a vision: I saw NLP written as a colourful graffiti on a wall, and I had no idea what NLP meant (I remember thinking: "National Liberation Party?"). When I was given my mobile back I discovered it was Neuro Linguistic Programming, and for me, always interested in languages, words and psychology, it made sense as a possible next career move. Once back in London I researched it and discovered that NLP is a tool you can use within Life Coaching, so I went to a free event and 30 minutes into it I knew I had fund my vocation. Not only that: I realised I had basically been a Life Coach all my life long without knowing it.
Why should our clients choose you?
They should choose me because I deeply care for their wellbeing and success. Because I pour all my heart, knowledge, compassion, insights to support them towards their goals. Because I have studied with incredible coaches the like of Christine Hassler, Stefanos Sifandos, Alexi Panos, Preston Smiles, Kate Northrup, James Wedmore. Because I have been devoted to doing my inner work for yrs and I walk the talk: I take my clients to the places where I have been myself. And I do that with a great sense of humour which always makes our coaching more fun.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
After 18 yrs spent in London I have (momentarily?) moved back to Northern Italy. I am a world traveller, so my coaching is currently online via Zoom. This allows me to record the sessions and send them to my clients, so they can watch them again and pick on all those nuances and details that they may miss out in the heat of the session.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It's exactly during Covid that I started working remotely on Zoom. Initially it felt so weird, given the intimate nature of the topics brought to coaching sessions, but I now find it an incredible way to be fully concentrated on the client's emotions, giving them the chance to re-watch themselves. It also provides them the safety and comfort to vulnerably open up from their homes.

In my trauma-informed coaching I use a wide array of tools coming from the dozens of courses I've taken so far (I'm a growth junkie and loooove expanding my knowledge in order to support my clients as best as I can!). This means my sessions are always different and I can draw resources from NLP, somatics, embodiment, nervous system reset practices, Abundance, Law of Attraction, working with parts, confidence coaching, positive psychology, relationships, masculine and feminine energy, and so much more. I help my clients widen their views, shift their paradigms and reframe their situations through active listening, challenging and insightful questions, as well as a lot of sense of humour. All parts of my clients are welcome to show up in my non judgemental, empathetic, ultimately empowering space.
