I needed someone urgently at a really awkward time and at a property that was not mine. Rick got in touch really quickly which is so important when water is the problem. He was kind enough to come straight out, deal sensitively with someone with extreme anxiety problems. He assessed the problem and fixed it, keeping me fully informed as to what was happening.

I would highly recommend Ricky from RJ pluming & drainage. I had a problem with a leaking tap and noise when I turned the taps on. Ricky was excellent, he resolved the problem swiftly and quickly and put a new tap in. He also helped me to set my thermostat.
