Stuart has been knowledgeable about our Gira system from the start. The wiring was Immaculate and when Stuart said he would be coming, thats when he arrived. We provided a smart home system for their new build residence.
They were unsure at first exactly what would be involved, so we met them on site to discuss the project in detail about what we can offer.
We provided lighting, underfloor heating and automated blind controls that were also able to be controlled from their smartphone or the touchscreen in their kitchen.
We provided them with the ability to dim their lighting to preset levels and save them as "scenes", allowing the set levels to be recalled by the touch of a button.
Another great feature was the holiday mode button, which allowed them to record how they use their lighting during the week and then replay it while they were away. This gives a more natural looking way to deter potential intruders.
We also provided Amazon Alexa integration, so they were even able to control their home with voice commands!
Artemis House
This project involved a renovated office building which required the implementation of automated blinds controls. We programmed the system with use of a weather station to track the movement of the sun and brightness levels to adjust the blinds for the office staff accordingly. This ensured that staff had sufficient natural light without low glare from the sun during the winter months.
Hotel in Manchester
We provided a system to control the lighting in the restaurant using a touchscreen that was easy to use for staff members. The lighting had 8 preset scenes for various times throughout the day which would dim the lighting accordingly. These worked independently on a time schedule which could be disabled for specific events.
