I was recommended River Tay Heating last minute for an emergency call out, Reuben couldn't have been more helpful! Within the hour he had arranged one of his engineers (Dave) to come out to my distressed elderly neighour and had their heating up and running again in no-time. Reuben is brilliant at what he does, nothing has ever been a problem, any questions we've had he's answered and knows exactly what he's talking about. Boiler services and fitting our hive have been smooth and easy as Reuben is an easy going friendly guy. The fact the job is so rewarding. The sense of satisfaction repairing a boiler for a customer with no heating or hot water is always a good feeling.
