Riva Basic (On Day Coordination)
This is the best for couples who have fully planned their wedding but are looking for everything to run just as smoothly on the day itself, the Riva Basic Package means you can get married without a hitch, so you can say, “I Do” while Riva Events will get you covered with the full-on day checklist. We will take care of the following:
• Sourcing Last-Minute Suppliers.
• Final coordination with Suppliers.
• Regular support, Guidance &Contact.
• Onsite logistics and Timeline.
• A Face-to-face meeting 4-6 weeks, before the wedding date.
• Final supplier briefs.
• On the Day Coordination including pre-wedding set up.
6-8 weeks before we will contact all the suppliers and make sure we are all working from the same running order which we will create and will share with all the vendors involved in the execution of the event to ensure everything is superb on that Day and all is running on time as per agenda planned based on your requirements.

Riva Gold (The most popular)
This is designed for couples who have already booked the venue, selected the date and confirmed most of the
suppliers. We’ll be there to assist with various key elements of wedding, from handpicking those last few suppliers to tying up any loose ends.
With our “Gold” package, you can rest assured that every detail is meticulously managed. Your wedding day will be a reflection of your love story, a day you and your guests will cherish forever. We will take care of the following:
• Consultation in person
• Supplier management and contract
• Budget guidance
• Wedding day schedule
• Guest list management
•Seating arrangement.
• Onsite coordination including Wedding setup

Riva Premium (Full Planning) for a stress-free Wedding
This is designed for couples who are busy professionals and will need guidance in every step of the Wedding planning, We’ll be will be there for every step of your wedding planning journey until the Day itself, we will take care of the following:

• TAILORED Theme.
•Consultation in a Restaurant/Bar with a glass of Prosecco included or a non-alcoholic drink.
• Unlimited phone calls, Zoom & WhatsApp, emails along with monthly reviews.
• Venue search, Theme and style guidance.
• Supplier sourcing including catering, photographer, videographer, bar service,
cake, floristry, make-up & hair, wedding attire, entertainment, transport,
stationery & signage.
