Professional and friendly from first contact. Clearly explained process, prices and timetable and allowed us to present a list of photos we wanted. On the day was unobtrusive (didn’t want to be the star of the show like some weddings we have been to) which allowed everyone to be relaxed in all the photos. If I could give this a zero I would!!!! Absolutely disgusting agency. Not only did they not pay me, time and time again. The people who answer the phone at the office, are always straight up rude and horrendous to you. They don’t care if you don’t get paid, as long as they’re. All I’ve been getting from this agency is that they will pay me either the Friday or Monday and it never happens. I always get told to wait till 6 and I never get paid. The organisation skills are dreadful. Please if you’re looking for temp work do not go to first call Hemel Hempstead. You will get treated like trash and they will never pay you on time. More...

Absolutely terrible!!!!Haven’t been paid almost 3 weeks in a row now. The staff who work at the office are so rude and vulgar. I keep asking them for pay and they always reply wait till 6pm. The payment is still not gone through and they say wait till Monday. I worked up at north gate public services as a cleaner for first call in Hemel. And I can honestly say it was terrible. I was bullied and made to do everything. I made a complaint against one of the supervisors and the agency did nothing at all. Never in my life have I had to deal with such an unorganised company. They really need to fire the two women who work on the phones, because they’re so terrible and rude. To anyway reading this do not under any circumstances work for this company. I cannot rate Richard Lawrence high enough, absolutely fantastic, great price, for what he does, he captured the precious moments of our big day, perfectly. Would not hesitate on recommending him. Fabulous day captured beautifully . Richard did a wonderful job and was very helpful and professional. We were delighted with the final images and album.

Rich was our wedding photographer, he is a lovely man, very professional and to be honest I forgot he was there as he is so good, he listened to what photos we wanted and has created a perfect amount of wedding photos for us to remind us of our perfect day, including natural shots of our daughters and guests, I would highly recommend rich to anyone getting married or in need of a photographer.

It was a great day, fabulous weather, beautiful location and a great couple, my pleasure to be part of.

We used the Bark website service and found Richard Lawrence Photography for our wedding in Cornwall.
Richard responded immediately to our search and was very positive from the start, giving us access to his portfolio of photographs so that we could see how his photographic skills had been put to use.
We were not disappointed.
Richard went out of his way to make sure that we received the best images that we required, listening to our requests and being more than helpful with his suggestions for what would be just right for us.
He fitted in so well with our guests, making everyone feel relaxed and wanting to be photographed which is not always the case at weddings.
