We had a retaining wall replaced and a new patio area plus some fencing repairs. Rhys kept us fully informed at all stages of the job particularly as the weather was very bad at times. We contacted R Jones groundwork’s, for a concrete pad and 3 rows of slabs in front, work was carried out to a high standard, we are using Rhys again in the new year for a patio area.

We hired Rhys and his team to repair a couple of fence panels, and clear some rubbish off our back garden.
They did a great job initially, and seemed to be quick and efficient. However, they left 3 huge rubble sacks and told us they would be back tomorrow to pick them up, but they failed to show up.
We didn't hear from them for a couple of days, so we phoned him and asked him to come for the rubble, and he said he would 'tomorrow'
We are an elderly couple in poor health, and we couldn't lift the sacks ourselves, and as Rhys and his team had left them on the public footpath at the back of our home the neighbours had started to complain, as they partially blocked the path to the carpark.
Again we contacted Rhys, and again the reply was 'tomorrow'.
2 weeks later, and after many calls, the bags are still there.
Plus. 2 days after they repaired the fence, it blew down again.
Rhys promised to come back and fix it, but we've heard the same promises, to come back and pick up the rubble they left us, so we know for certain that the fence won't be fixed again for us.
£600 he took off us, to put up a couple of fence panels, and remove some rubbish off the garden, and we are back to square one. We now have to hire somebody else to do the job that we paid Rhys to do.
How can he sleep at night, conning old people out of money.

We did have a phone call the very nect day and i did say that you i would get round to you i have neen very busy and working away in london, i am trying to get round to collecting the stuff but as i am on my own im struggling with time, i am trying my best. My apologies.
