I went back in this gym group after longtime, the refurbished have a real impact on the gym, even if I don’t understand couple of things like why the sled is not in the area of the hyrox class. Anyway I ve taken part in Ramona’s hyrox class and I can say was top level class and very challenging for an intermediate athlete as me,superb. I’m leaving this gym. Now they changed the manager to the most rude one that used to be at the gym group in Acton. I left there bc of her rudeness,bad behaviour and lack of respect not only towards me but other people,including a woman with special needs. I’m just leaving this here bc at the end of the day,the gym group doesn’t CARE. They only care about getting the money from US the people who go to the gym,to get their clean salaries and Pay their ridiculous amount of rent . I met Personal Trainer Jonathan Sentongo over 2 months ago. I've been training with him for around 8weeks now. He is very friendly, easy to get on, approachable and very understanding. I strongly believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started trainings once a week and really enjoyed the variety and challenge he puts into the classes that he runs and then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! Now, I train with Jonathan 3 times a week and it was one of the best decisions of my life. This man has actually changed my life approach totally and took it to another level. He brought me back to life after very challenging last year and boosted my confidence so much.He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging but very funny at the same time too. My strength and body shape has changed incredibly and noticeably in only 7 weeks of working with him. I see such of improvements in my ability to complete more exercises and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I can clearly see the results and it motivates me to carry on and not stop. From the person who never seen herself in the gym training hard, I actually look forward to my workouts every single time. I cannot wait to go to the gym!While training with Jonathan I also gained greater awareness of what is needed to develop good level of health. Terrible gym, you get what you pay for! If you want a gym with homeless people sleeping inside by the stairs and lifts, no visible staff presence, when you do see staff they are always on their phone or in the office, weights always misplaced, machines not repaired or batteries replaced in cardio machines, different weight types in different areas - then this is the gym for you! I’ve been to Gym Group in High Wycombe and Brighton and these were immaculate, you would not be able to tell these were part of the same Group. There is a lock picking Jew, I left my Bape jacket in a locker and I locked it and when I finished my workout, my jacket was gone with my lock too, there was not many people in the gym I have no idea who took it but they were probably some Jew for stealing my jacket which was locked. Not The Gym groups fault, but there is a lock pick thief targeting the male locker room as there are no cameras, do not leave any valubles inside, use the lockers on the gym floor so they might catch them on cctv, but better yet keep all valubles on you at all times.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to them, depending on what they want to achieve depends on how I create a personalised programme plan for them to follow. We also look at their nutrition and try to focus on their macronutrient intake as well as their water intake. Nutrition is 80% of their progress and training is 20%.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being consistent, remember why you are training and where you want to get to, wether it be a flatter stomach, or bigger bum! Keep focused.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients results! Seeing their mindset change and seeing them get stronger. Seeing them enjoy training and loving themselves
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being around family members who consistently try to loose weight the fast way, there was always little knowledge of how to sustain a weight loss or weight gain, instead it was all about how to drop a stone quickly instead of healthily.
Ive also always been sporty, always been active, I like to move and I understand the importance of it for me mentally
Why should our clients choose you?
Personal training is what I love and enjoy, I have a strong passion for it, so I am continuously studying to increase my knowledge and make sure I am giving the best programmes and advise to clients.
I train clients, giving them programmes and goals to work on without me, however I also pass my knowledge on to clients, so that they understand the need of certain things, for example training your lower back and core.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All equipment is wiped after use, I’ll also wear a mask to protect my clients, I try to correct forms without touching clients where possible.
