we offer our services remotely, we can price and speak to customers via email/text/phone, but when it comes to putting on a roof it cant be done online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
the changes i made during the covid period was to wear facemasks around customers. stay 2 meters apart when talking, and politely refusing drinks/food from clients. we had hand sanitizer in the van at all times.
