Our wedding cake from Red Velvet Bakery was absolutely amazing! It looked beautiful and was exactly what we asked for. Toni helped us bring our vision to life and our samples helped us choose the perfect flavours for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the final result was stunning. Amazing taste and design, everyone there on the day has commented to us about how much the loved the cake. The venue saved us some too and it lasted really well! Toni The minute I met you and your sparkly boots at the Burton Town Hall Wedding Fayre I knew you were the one! Your personality won me over before I’d even tried your cake. Then came the socially distanced cake tasting, wowzers, the whole process from the initial consultation and design through to the cake tasting was really superb, but how hard was it to make a decision from all those wonderful flavours, it could have gotten out of control very easily. Nevertheless we managed to reign it in and choose our 3 flavours, and we cannot thank enough for making the most amazing cake for our wedding day!! It looked stunning, it tasted amazing and was just as we’d dreamed of and we’d chatted about, you really are a phenomenal artist and baker. Your advice to keep some aside to have together later was perfect, we enjoyed it with fizz when opening our presents and we’ve still got the flower, the topper and the menu, such lovely little touches which we’ll treasure. You were an absolute diamond to deal with, we really can’t recommend you highly enough. As you know we had a few difficulties in the planning of the wedding but one thing that wasn’t difficult was knowing we wanted you to make our cake, we both agree that if we had to do it all again, there is no doubt we’d choose you…. feel free to call us if you ever need any help with cake tasting in the future. Red Velvet Bakery created the wedding cake of our dreams. We had a particular theme we wanted (Disney and Harry Potter) and Toni worked closely with us to ensure it fit our theme but wasn’t over the top. Communication was absolutely fantastic all the way through the booking thing process, even when I requested last minute changes. We met Toni at a wedding fayre and after tasting her cakes, we knew there was no one else we wanted. It is the most delicious cake you will ever eat. Toni is the most nicest lady you’ll ever meet she is very talented and our wedding cake that she made was absolutely stunning we chose 3 flavours they were delicious she is able to create anything to everyone’s taste.
