Contacted Ross to clear an end of tenancy property. From the first contact the service has been brilliant, courteous and professional. A quote for work was provided the same day as the initial assessment meeting. On clearance day Ross kept in touch with any queries, he provided a video at the end showing what had been done by room. I asked Red Clearance to shift a load of stuff that had accumulated i my garage due to recent redecoration. I also needed some heavy garden furniture dropping off at a friends house and my son’s cabin bed dismantling and disposing of off. Ross was happy to do all this, and kindly juggled his workload to fit me at the time I needed (I had to clear out my son’s room ready for a new bed. Ross was punctual, professional and friendly, and got the job done! He took pics of the garden furniture dropped off at my firiends, and left copies of the tipping Certs so I could prove that the items were properly disposed of (no danger of fly-tipping!). What inspired you to start your own business?
A few years ago my uncle fell poorly and had to be taken into care. His property had to be cleared so I decided to help my family complete the clearance. As big as the task was I thoroughly enjoyed it, helping to ease the practical burden so my family could cencentrate on the emotional side helped me to feel useful. This is what inspired me to start my own business so I could offer this service to people that need the extra help in difficult situations.

We are also fully insured, registered with the environment agency and hold an upper tier waste carriers license so the customer can have full confidence that their waste will be disposed of in line with government legislation.
