Ryan. It was me that showed you the property and the work to be done and I followed this up by meeting you on the first morning. Your quote was sent to me! I paid you with my own money!! I’m sorry, you cannot say you had to ask several times for payment. That is just not true! You arrived too early on the first day which caused my” husband” to be ill. You disappeared for 4 hours that day and did this repeatedly for 2 hours everyday after this. That is why you were asked what time you were finishing. Surely you need to do some work before expecting large sums to be paid to you? Is this how you behave to your customers? You were told immediately you asked where the money was. I have proof of this and your response. I have all the video rants and unpleasant messages you sent as well as my responses, which I am happy for anyone to see. I have reported you to Checkatrade and Bark. You need to think very carefully about work you accept and be honest with consumers about whether this matches your skill set. We now have to employ someone else to sort the mess you have left . Again I am very happy to provide photo evidence to anyone that requires it. You cannot just rant at your customers because they question what you are doing or are unhappy with your work. You could have put right what was wrong after the first day but you said I had to wait till you’d finished?! You were paid a lot of money Ryan but it’s now going to cost us a whole lot more More...

We have the conflicting evidence and the true light will be revealed in good time. You know the old saying “too many cooks spoil the broth” By no means do I have to do any work to get the deposit to order the materials ! I have put the photos of the job on facebook . Your father warned me on the day I first saw the job without you there “Becareful of the Furer! “ so you got a reputation then ! My grandfather was a lieutenant Colonel for the british army and thats why we wouldnt get along . On the Saturday I got a command from your father to carry on and so I did because you did not have the decency to phone me or meet me while the job was on Saturday ! I dug the wole area out by hand and then rotavator that we did not charge for .I calculated the turf spot on as it covered the areas that were prepared.You just want more and more after the job is finished.Your father was kind enough to pay me in full after I was finished with the agreement to return and do some remaining bits but you got so rude on the Monday that you spoilt the broth and I left . The slight gaps in the turf is called “shrinkage “ and by no means have you the right to text me at 10pm on friday night telling me I cant lay grass and I must fix it ! I gave John strict instructions not to walk on the grass and both of you disregarded my advice and walked all over watering the wet grass Friday evening and damaged it more ! Surely you saw me walking on scaffold boards all day laying the grass friday but no , you decided that you are a grass expert and decided instead of using a sprinkler to water , you would use the hose pipe and tread all over all over the grass finding fault . No one time keeps me as I do everything from running,sorting and planning and you had not even given me the deposit on the start date and you were already complaining about me not been on site when you expected. Before I even started the job you were constantly complaining about the builder who worked on your fathers property who had some more bits to do and I even suggested to you to tell him to get all his tools off the job and I will finish for you and you looked at me skew-wiff and said “no” . What type of customer are you as I should of walked off the very first day I saw your persona .An absolute digrace
