Me and my hubby had a valentines treat offered by Rob. Everything was great from the start to finish. Initial communication was lovely, arrived on time, set it up very efficiently, had his own music/speaker, used lovely oils. Rob travelled to me near Stowmarket. He came with everything needed to give a lovely home experience from massage table to towels, oils and soothing music. He talked me through the concept of the Lomi Lomi massage and the oils that he had for the experience. The massage was so relaxing with varied pressure across the entire body and a range of ripple movements. Rob checked on my comfort throughout. This is a massage that may be deemed as quite intimate to some, but Rob remains professional and respectful at all times and is considerate of his clients vulnerability when on the massage table. I had a Lomi Lomi massage with Rob on a Sunday afternoon. I really enjoyed it. He comes to you and brings all you need (towels/ oil/ massage bed etc) he asks several times if you like and are ok which is really nice. Your whole body gets attention. This was my first time experiencing the Lomi Lomi massage. I was quite uncomfortable at first as I suffer from anxiety however Rob was really calm and patient with me. He was reassuring during the whole session. He really tries hard with his calming voice to make you comfortable and Hawaiian music mimicking the feeling of you being by the beach. I had a Lomi Lomi massage from Rob yesterday evening. He is at the end of his training for this style of massage but youd assume hes been doing them forever. It is a different massage from swedish or the deep tissue I usually have as the motions are far more fluid, there is no loss of contact throughout the whole massage, and you get a complete body massage including hand, feet face. I have just experienced my first Lomi Lomi massage and it was so lovely and relaxing. Rob was very professional and the massage was awesome. The pressure was perfect, as I prefer a massage that is light to medium. It is very different to a Swedish or Sports massage as the whole body is worked throughout, not just piece by piece. The fluidity of this massage from top to toe makes it really unique, coupled with the alternating speed and pressure. It really lulls you in to relaxation. I would definitely recommend it. More...
