I needed a new garden fence. Reached out to me half an hour after I put in for a quote. Came round the next day to give a free quote on a Sunday, quoted a fair price and then they did the job in a matter of hours the Tuesday.

Very prompt at responding to request for quotation. Originally only tree felling required, but as we had already bought sealant for an extension flat roof they also quoted for that. All in all they have over the past week , cut down a large sycamore (on an uneven brook bank- so a bit tricky). Removed old cabling, cleaned a flat roof and applied sealant, purchased (Sandtex) exterior emulsion and painted the pine end and extension of our house, and sealed the two story flat roof also. Very courteous, good time keeping...does look for additional jobs when on site but this suited us as they needed doing, and when we decided not have other tree work carried out ( as was suggested), this was not a problem, not excessively pushy which can sometimes happen when trades are on site. They rejoined the guttering and also cleared out the debris in the guttering. A bit pushy to do other jobs on the roof which I didn't require.
