Rameco completed a full exterior renovation on our 1920s house. New rendering, soffits, fascias and gutters throughout. I can't praise them highly enough. Ross and the gang on site were polite, professional, and very hard working. I had lots of questions and was kept well informed throughout. Attention to detail was superb and we're very pleased with the final result. Work was priced fairly, as were a couple of late-breaking changes that were discovered as the work was going on. RamEco have just completed the replacement of the roof, external insulation and rendering of our house. The house now looks superb. All of the guys who worked on the house did a superb job. They were excellent representatives of RamEco. Special thanks to Tom, Adam and Ross for their hard work and professionalism. How they kept so upbeat throughout given the peculiarities of our house and the unhelpful weather is a credit to them. Also sincere thanks to Steve and Tom for the work on the roof, which was extremely challenging. I’m sure there were times when they thought the problems would never end but they persevered and the result is a credit to their skill and experience. Last but not least. We used Rameco to replace the sand cement render with a lime based product with a Cork insulation finish. I can't over praise this company. From the initial visit to look at the job through to completion was a very easy process. We were kept informed right through to completion and they did everything possible to make the job go like clockwork. This company started the job on the agreed date and completed the work on the agreed date. The administration was good and the workforce were polite and very friendly. This was a big job and the lads worked in all weather - its messy job but the quality of the finished work was excellent and now my home is much cosier. Nothing was too much trouble for these lads who made sure everything was cleaned up on completion and that I was satisfied with the work before they left. We requested RamEco to provide a rendering service on the front and side of our house.They provided a great all round service and we’re really pleased with the finished product. All necessary details were attended to, including excellent pre-work preparation and spotless post work clean-up. The original render we had on our property was in a bad condition so we knew we needed to repair this. After some research we discovered that we could get the property insulated despite having no internal cavity using the ICF external wall insulation and rendering. We have a 17th century chapel which during winter months was absolutely freezing. The property was costing just shy of £300pcm to heat during winter months.Since having the rendering, the property holds heat much more effectively. An example of this is if I previously did not have the heating on over night during winter months, the temperature in the property would be 5°c in the morning and would take until lunch to warm through. Now the property drops from 18°c to 16°c an absolute huge difference.During the summer months I have found the property a lot cooler than the outside temperature which is lovely especially during the night.Best investment on our property to date. Absolutely amazing work by professional... polite.. incredible guys. I feel I have had a new house built around me with little distruption and the difference is amazing. .. black mould patches are drying out... house is so much warmer.... I've not used heating since work was completed... I would highly RECOMMEND.... BEAR BUILD...fantastic work by fantastic workmen... Don't hesitate.. Don't think about it... DO IT... BEAR BUILD IT!!! We have had Bear Build insulate our home this last week or so and they have done an amazing job.
The Bear Build team were absolutely brilliant.
Courteous, professional and above all took great pride in their work.
So well done Rob, Liz, Ross, Ian and David.
On another note. We had three quotations and Bear Build were very competitive.
We can't believe the difference both in appearance and warmth as someone else has previously said its like having a new exterior wrapped around your home.

We had 2 walls externally insulated and rendered, we have nothing but praise for the service we received. From the original survey, the installation and the all correspondents were top class. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. After each day the lads would clean up and left the property as if they hadn't been. The company as a whole is very customer friendly.
