What do you love most about your job?
As a structural engineer, I love helping homeowners with their development projects. It’s a great feeling to know that they will live in a house that I designed. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing new structures and houses. The problem-solving aspect of my job is also very rewarding; each project presents unique challenges that require creative and technical solutions, keeping my work interesting and fulfilling.
Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and contractors, to bring a project to life is something I find very satisfying. Staying updated with the latest advancements in construction technology and building materials keeps me engaged and constantly learning. Finally, knowing that my work contributes to the safety and stability of buildings gives me a strong sense of accomplishment and purpose.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to pursue my own ideas and saw a gap in the market that I could fill. Starting my own business also allowed me to challenge myself and grow both personally and professionally. I was motivated by the chance to make a positive impact on my community and create job opportunities for others. Lastly, I wanted to build a company culture that reflects my values.

Yes, I can. If I am provided with videos, photos, or other information, I can offer my services remotely. However some projects need detailed site survey.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow the government's advice and pay attention to hygiene. I always dress cleanly and use a mask when necessary. Additionally, I take off my shoes during site visits if people live on the site.
