Personal Trainer
I have always been in sport in some way or another – be it football, tennis, cricket, cycling, kayaking, water sports – you name it, I’ve played it. But one thing that I concentrate on, would be the gym. I have been in many different locations/buildings of gyms, big or small, for over 20 years. I just love the workout, and the success after every achievement.
Myself I have worked in the IT business for as long as I can remember it seems, with different companies and freelance; but I’ve always managed to fit my workout regime separate. Now though, I have decided that I no longer want to sit in a boring desk, staring at a monitor for 9 hours a day – why not try to merge something that I love (gym!) and work (well, gym now!).
I’m a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor, and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I also converted my garage into a separate gym, which is a 1 to 1 studio. I feel that not everyone loves having to work out in a large gym all the time – the noise, the smell, the waiting times for each. Here, it’s a 1 to 1 set up, no time waiting.
