What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
R3 has implemented rigorous cleaning and sanitisation protocols. This includes using EPA-approved disinfectants and focusing on high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment. Our staff undergo regular health screenings and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Additionally, we have increased the frequency of cleanings, particularly in high-traffic areas, and strictly adhere to government guidelines to minimise the risk of virus transmission.
Janitorial Services
We cover daily or routine cleaning: this includes tasks such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, dusting surfaces, mopping and vacuuming floors, and general tidying.
We will restock your supplies: replenishing paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other necessary items in restrooms and common areas.
We will arrange minor repairs: Performing minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or fixing small plumbing issues.
Specialised Cleaning Services
We provide carpet and upholstery cleaning using steam cleaning, shampooing, or dry cleaning techniques.
We also provide window washing, cleaning interior and exterior windows, including high-rise window washing.
And lastly, floor care. We strip, wax, and buff floors, as well as specialised care for various floor types like hardwood, tile, and concrete.
Post-Construction Cleaning Services
We provide debris removal: clearing away construction debris, dust, and other remnants from construction sites.
Detail cleaning by implementing a thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including walls, floors, windows, and fixtures to remove dust, paint splatters, and other construction residues.
And lastly, the final touch-ups, ensuring the space is spotless and ready for occupancy, including sanitising restrooms and kitchen areas, if applicable.
