Used Ben at R&B Services to get the driveway and patio pressure washed. Had a few quotes but he was by far the most professional and understanding of our needs taking into consideration our pets needs. We needed the work doing quickly, and although booked up, he came and did the work on a Sunday. Also did the gutters at the same time and will be coming back to clean the roof. Had Ben from R&B services come out originally in the summer to pressure wash my drive and patio. He gave a very fair quote for the work and came back quickly to complete.
He went above and beyond. I was so happy I got him back to do my gutters between Christmas and NY when I was having issues with them. He sorted the blocked gutters and was happy to answer my questions about preventing reoccurrence and gave honest advice. I asked him to quote for a roof clean tk prevent the moss build up blocking the gutters again. He has done and I’ve accepted. He’s coming back in March to complete.
Ben is professional, efficient and always strives for the best results. He is trustworthy and honest. He talked me through both jobs so far and even completed risk assessments for chemicals used etc. Great company, will continue to use and recommend to others

R&B are a quality outfit. My patios were in desperate need of a wash and his service was slick and professional.
This definitely is not just a bloke with a Karcher and no know how - his equipment is serious and makes grimy / mossy stone look like new.
His tidy up and post clean generally is perfection, leaves the area looking sparkling.
Can’t recommend R&B more and I’ll be using again.

Satisfaction! Strive to do all I can to ensure what I do is the best I can do. Seeing customers expression when the job is complete, give me such achievement and wellbeing. You can't beat it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I achieved all I could in my only full time employment of 23 years. I have such gratitude for being in one job from 16-38 years old. I now I what to start again, doing for myself while helping others for the next 30+ years.

Our services are always completed remotely. The only time it isn't is when emailing or phone quote's and discussing the job.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’ll be working outside. If you’d prefer, we can always stay in contact on the phone or through a window, it won't be a problem.
Gutter and soffit cleaning
Wet and dry vacuum with extendable pole with camera screen. Also can send you footage of before and after.
Pressure washing
Cleaning Drive ways, patio’s, brick, stone, etc
Anything you would like to look better I will see what can be done.
Roof scraping / chemical treatment
Moss build up on Roof tiles can cause water to leak inside. We provide a service where we scrape the moss off and treat the roof with chemicals to prevent moss growing in the future. Also, moss can come detached and block you gutters.
