Callum is brilliant, I would highly recommend his services. He done a proper job diagnosing and fixing a boiler fault and installing a new radiator for us. You can tell Callum knows his stuff and does a far more in depth job than others would. He was on time, left no mess behind at all and explained everything in detail, I definitely learned a few things about boilers! The whole job was professional, efficient and fairly priced with a much better quality of service than bigger companies. Just had Callum fit an outside hot and cold tap and an inside kitchen boiling water and filtered water tap at my property. I’ve known Callum several years as his parents are my next door neighbours. He’s a wholesome family man, well mannered and hard working so it was a no brainer to ask him for his services. Excellent clean and efficient workmanship. I left Callum with a house key to get on with things whilst I was out for the day. No problem with doing this as he’s a trustworthy man. Contacted Quinn Gas Solutions as my boiler was playing up and it was due its annual service. Really quick response, up front quote and explanation of the process. Had access issues caused by the way my kitchen was fitted but offered to come back as soon as it was sorted. Really quick response once we got the boiler cupboard sorted and done the service and diagnosis of problem. Really thorough and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain it all to me. So just before midday on Christmas Eve we suddenly had no hot water or heating, not the best day for a situation like this to happen! Our water pressure was fine and even after resetting the system a few times still no joy, we knew this was something more major. After a plea for help on facebook and a few engineers advising it was probably a sensor issue Callum's name popped up and we gave him a call. He was with us within half an hour to diagnose the situation. However the problem was not a sensor as originally thought, but needed a new pump. Huge thank you to Callum for going above and beyond on Christmas Eve and spending nearly 4 hours diagnosing, managing to actually source said pump and rewiring the system so it would work 👏🙌 I'm a mobile dog groomer who relies on filling the tank in my van with hot water, without Callum's help I wouldn't have been able to return to work on 27th December so eternally grateful 🫶 Absolutely recommend this young man, fantastic communication and customer service and very thorough.
