Quick response and very polite, soon I posted request him kindly call me asking for the best and convenient time to discuss about, but his was locally, he came for a free estimate and we get a very good agreement .
He showed previous jobs pictures gave me some references, that I already called two people, that gave me the best info about Rob.
Definitely I will have more request to Rob.

Extremely unprofessional, rude and unreliable.
Rob turned up late for our carpentry job and without the necessary tools that we had been assured he would bring with him, which meant he could not finish the task on the day.
He then had the nerve to demand full payment without completing the agreed works. In addition to his rude character, he wasted our time and money. Thankfully we found a professional carpenter last minute who came to the rescue and was able to rectify and complete everything on the same day.
There are great professional tradesmen out there who have a duty of care towards their clients and sadly Rob is not one of them. Fair to say it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a tradesman.

I met you for only 5 minutes and fortunately I saved myself on time, before starting... and didnt do any work to you, now I know why your builder left you...I went there on january the 2nd to help and rescue you, but we didnt have any agreement, because you tried to price down my work ever minute, for this reason I left , because you didnt keep the deal we agreed over the phone. Thank you for lie about myself, its show more about you, than about me and dont put all your frustation from your previous trades on my back. everything went well with rob he took 1 hour to fix the 3 drawers prime unit which is a small cupboard or chest of draws where you put things inside like clothes or electrical stuff of little bits or books, letters or pens. I love my job because I can help people to solving them problems and its help me about my professional growth. There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals all resolving around helping the customers.

its because I have a passion to work with people and solving issues, make them happy ,I really enjoy what I do.

I think people are free to make them choices, some clients will love what you did, some will question about it , but I am always open mind and flexible in polite way to make new changes and see the client more pleased.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All the necessary for keep myself and themselves safe.
I always wear a mask, googles, shoes protection, hand sanitise, before to go inside them house. Also always ask if they have any concerns, like, if I should take off my shoes before come in.
