We recently moved with Que Removal Ltd. They weren’t cheap, but they did an absolutely amazing and fast job. Their many staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, responding cheerfully and positively to our endless requests.

We had several quotes for our move and I would’ve chosen Que Removal Ltd on that initial contact alone. They were professional, polite and open—they stated that they weren’t the cheapest, but in my view, you get what you pay for. The team who did our pack and move were top-notch, making short work of our rather cluttered 3-bed house. All the packaging was provided and breakables were packaged very well. I couldn’t recommend Que Removal Ltd enough. We had the pleasure of two team members helping us move, who were both incredibly professional and efficient.
They had absolutely everything thought out, e.g. carpet protector for our new home (as it was tipping down with rain all day), tape to tape down drawers as they were being moved, and just how to arrange everything within the van so that it would all fit. They were so careful with our furniture—even with a couple of old wardrobes from IKEA that we had accepted would break if we tried to move them (we were prepared to get rid of them if they did!), but lo and behold they are still standing beautifully in our new home!
If we move house again, I would absolutely rebook with Que Removal Ltd. Very fair prices too, compared to other companies. Thank you! :) More...
