Do not hire!
Very poor standard of workmanship - gutter found to be leaking with a poor fit. Does not honour the '15 year warranty' listed in the invoice.
Fails to turn up to arranged appointment for rectification - then stops answering all calls & correspondence.
Dishonest & untrustworthy.

Hi richard adams i do apologise that u was no happy with our workmanship as all guttering was tested before leaving, also u was told when i gave u the qoutes that scaffolding is required you told me u cant have it on the property over the neighbour side, so again please dont criticise my company with unfilled information, also dont hesitate to give us a call to repair anything need doing cheers

My experience with Quality Mark building was Great. Could not fault a thing excellent, honest approach towards the job and what needs to be done.

I cant fault the work done. Its quality. I can fault the way they operate. An initial verbal quote. They start work for two hours, removing more timber from my house, then disappear for two days. Then the boss turns up saying 3 times what was quoted. We agree on twice the price and he gives me the shpeal about how much more needs doing. Then proceed to do exactly what was said in the first quote. Doing me little favours like cleaning the gutters while they're up there. Only they don't cos i can see them from my loft. They are good builders, but not honorable men. I would not use them again. More...

Hi sandira just seen the review u said something about qoute changing and doing the same as original work that never happened the wood u wanted fixed and painted when I qoute u at start was to try repair the 1 peice and paint to save u some money but when we started the work the rest off the wood was rotten witch I showed you and u told me u couldn't afford to replace it so I'm sorry u was not happy with my teams work in my opinion u got a amazing job specially for the price u paid
