I needed some tree work done and tried a few places, some didn't bother to reply, others took two weeks to even acknowledge my request. From start to finish I was impressed with Dan from Qualitree, he came round to assess the work the same week, sent a detailed itemised quote via email and then gave me a start date once I accepted. Dan and James turned up on time with a cheerful disposition and smiles on their faces. The guys levelled off some very high bushes and plants in the back garden. My project was quite unorthodox due to the trees that I needed to get cut weren’t even on my land. As the land was owned by a rail company, we had to make sure certain permissions were granted before carrying out the works. Dan saved the headache for me by corresponding with the railway company directly whilst providing constant updates to myself and after a while we finally got the permission for qualitree to access there land and carry out the works.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job, not only did they carry out the works as agreed they left my garden tidier than before they arrived!

Since I have no side access to my garden they very carefully cut most of the waste down into small bags to carry through the house, they protected all surfaces and made sure no damage was made.

All in all a brilliant service was given & I will definitely be using Dan and his team again in the future!

Qualitree gave a very reasonable quote after viewing the tree we needed trimmed back. The work was carried out perfectly and the guys were friendly and brilliant. The whole experience was faultless from start to finish. We had used the Guys 2 years ago to pollard our willow tree, they were so good we got them back recently to repollard the same tree.

I needed a quote outside of normal working hours and Dan came exactly when he said he would, carefully looked at everything that I thought needed doing, gave advice on what was essential and what could be left. I got the estimate promptly and he then programmed me in much faster than I expected. We used Dan & James from Qualitree to transfer a mature mulberry tree into a 60 gallon oak half barrel. It was a tricky procedure as the tree had broken through its terracotta pot & rooted into the earth below.

Dan & James worked methodically & with great care. We were very impressed with the result.
