I want to retract my earlier review on 22/08/23 concerning the work done to our cypress leylandi hedge after my neighbour flagged up the irreversible damage done. We asked Paul to reduce the height of the hedge by no more than 18 inches and he's taken off more than 3 feet and has left a terrible mess.
Unfortunately we will be lodging a formal complaint as the standard of work is totally unacceptable.
