What do you love most about your job?
It’s seeing the transformation beyond just the physical results. Watching someone walk into the gym unsure of themselves—and over time, seeing them grow in confidence, energy, and self-belief—is incredibly rewarding. I love being part of that journey, especially for people who may have never felt comfortable in a fitness setting before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started PT100 Thurrock because I wanted to create a space where people—especially those over 30—could feel supported, not judged. I saw too many people avoiding the gym because they felt intimidated, unsure what to do, or thought they had to be fit before they even started. I wanted to break down that barrier and offer something different: a community-driven, friendly environment where everyday people could train with expert guidance, build confidence, and see real progress.
