He was quite happy about that when I told him, and advised me to go with the lower quote. No pressure selling on his behalf, and he came across as a genuine person. They did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and followed up with advice on maintenance which I took ( gutter guard).
They also noticed some air vent filters missing which they fixed altogether I was very satisfied.
