Great small business for domestic cleaning. We have a weekly clean in place at our property in Leighton Buzzard.
Agnieska is always on time and communicates very well with us, she has a very friendly demeanour and even brings treats for our dog!
She is very hard working and cleans to a high standard.
She is also very supportive of the fact my partner works night shifts and is often asleep during the day.
Anita is very helpful with organising the administrative side of the business.

Kept emailing me for a commitment to their service then kept telling me I was too far away and difficult to get to despite telling me they worked my area. They hiked up the price and insisted on more hours then I originally wanted. Said the company do not have many staff that drive and most were on holiday. I was going to sell my business to them in September of 2022 and cancelled the sale in Oct. This was due to many reasons but mainly to the lies and deceit in making the sale.
After setting a deadline for the sale or at least a offer, which did not come. So I cancelled the sale, they were told to cease all contract and visits to my clients which they did not. All I got was slanderous responses from them so after seeking legal advice I have made a complaint to the police via feaud action in regards to there deceitful and illegal theft of about a 3rd of my clients as well as starting a civil case for the loss of finances, delvaluevaton or my business, etc..

DO NOT USE!!! Myself and my partner set up a fortnightly clean with this company. First clean was 3 hours, where she seemed to not be able to find enough to clean although the house wasn’t clean. She “forgot” about the en-suit. I could go on and on!! All this would of been ok if the company had rectified the mistake, at first telling me they would give me two hours free cleaning, this soon dropped down to one hour. We were then told they would be ending our contract and the matter was closed. We are now £45 out of pocket. Company seems to be a scam! More...

How long have you been in business?
We have been trading and delivering experienced cleaning operatives for just over 5 years providing to private homes, offices and other commercial locations.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We can bring our own equipment and supplies but generally on our house cleaning contracts our clients prefer us to use their own equipment and supplies. There are three main reasons for this:
1. Clients do not like the fact that equipment has been used in someone else's home
2 To minimize infection control and COVID concerns
3. Clients tend to have a preference on what cleaning agents are using and tend to have their own preference used.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love supporting people to find their ideal cleaners and the joy of them having a nice clean home which makes everyone feel better..
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the Health & Social Care recruitment business as a Care Manager and business owner for the last 26 years and so I decided to start my own cleaning business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we have a great team of experienced, thorough and friendly cleaners which means we offer a great service as the staff we have are really passionate about the service and quality of work they deliver.
You may well have decided that private cleaners working for £10 phr will work great for you but in reality it may not be so.
Most do not have insurance cover in case of breakages or theft. Can you really trust them ? have you done the necessary checks and references to ensure that this person is safe to bring into your home ?
Will a replacement be provided in the event of sickness or holidays ?
All of these things need to be thought about as in this world you get what you pay for and quality and safety are definitely worth a few pounds more don't you think ?
