Michael has completed my dining room including painting and putting up shelves, I couldn’t be happier with the result and the room was left immaculate at the end of each day. He also put up an outside washing line and painted some boxing in in the bathroom. Michael completed several jobs for me during one appointment. He fixed my damaged fence adding some additional slats and posts ensuring it was sturdy and secure. He then installed a new pole for a washing line, ensuring the hole was dug deeply and cemented in. Finally Michael applied a new sealant around my bath. Michael's work is of a high standard, he is polite, punctual and reliable and can turn his hand to many different tasks. I would definitely recommend him and will be booking him again soon More...

On time everyday very very professional coated over and over until he was happy with the finish just got on with the work for two days off painting to a high standard im over the moon it’s brittant everything up all gloss work brilliant white definitely get him back for more work if needed really really good quote for the work he’s done

Michael came today and did a fab job . We had a burst copper pipe and couldn’t get any plumbers to even bother to come , so we called properT maintenance, not only did he fix split he also insulated pipe for us to save it happening every year (would have never thought of that) , he fitted a kick board in our kitchen and painted it and made all our cabnits straight , which have been wonky for years . He going to come back and fit a new sink as ours is cracked . Did such a great job and was friendly and professional, just got on with the work and turned up on time which is unheard of in the trade world . Will use again for sure . I rang round some maintenance companies to get some jobs done in my garden and 2 never turned up , I then rang properT maintenance and they were a breath of fresh air . Michael came and gave us a quote he arrived on time and was polite , professional and booked us quickly for the work. He repaired our very broken fence , replaced rotten fence posts , did a garden tidy up and even trimmed our hedges . Garden now looks great and after all the wet weather I can now enjoy my garden This summer . Very efficient maintenance company ! High standards and just cracked on with the job in hand . Michael came and did some much needed jobs for us in our home . He was fab, turned up on time , was professional and it was very smooth process . Replaced our worktops in our kitchen , painted our bathroom and replaced some tiles . He also fixed our broken tap in our garage and put up two curtain poles. He was Brillant and did all the jobs asked with a no problem attitude which is unheard of with some trades people I have used . Top class service would highly recommend. Michael came and did some patch plastering in some holes and dints in my walls , redecorated our lounge and fixed our broken kitchen tap. He did a fabulous job and I am very pleased indeed .
