My company card was fraudulently used to purchase their services, and when we contacted them to resolve the matter, we were met by an individual named Elena from their so-called "payments team," whose approach was unhelpful and wholly unprofessional. Despite presenting undeniable proof that the transaction was fraudulent, the company begrudgingly agreed to refund the money but had the audacity to attempt to deduct £10, hiding behind a questionable “policy.” Well, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says otherwise, and I will not stand for this unfair and potentially unlawful practice. They may have succeeded in enforcing this with others, but they have met their match. The numerous reviews from other customers demonstrate a clear pattern of this behavior. This is not just unethical—it is unacceptable. Their actions undermine basic principles of fairness, morality, and customer care. We have reported this conduct to our bank and are actively considering involving Action Fraud and Trading Standards to ensure accountability.
