So lucky to have found these guys. They made the whole process of moving a total joy - great communication, bang on time for initial reccy and actual move. Quick, fuss free, calm good fun. We came up against a few unexpected hurdles but Julian and side kick just grafted relentlessly until everything was done. Dismantling and mantling of 2 x beds without a single grumble. *****Such a professional five star service ***** From moving out of our previous house in Gloucestershire back in August, Tom has been really patient and understanding, following our decision to split our sale from our purchase and the frequent false alarms with regards to our moving dates. Tom was able to arrange storage of our possessions whilst awaiting for our move date to our new home in Pembrokeshire. From day one back in August, Tom and his team were punctual, informative and very careful with our furniture and went the extra mile to protect some of the most fragile items. Eventually moving in a couple of weeks back - again, Tom let us know of their progress from loading up, departure from Gloucester and ETA in Pembrokeshire. The team arrived on time and got stuck in straight away - all had a great work ethic and were very aware of the stress associated with the move and the importance of delivery to each room with absolute care and attention. Not moved for 34 years, so was a bit unsure who to use for our move. Tom came on a Sunday to give us a quote. His professionalism and guidance were faultless. The day of the move arrived and Tom and his superb team took control and packed the vans so well. Tom organised our storage for us too, another headache averted. Incredible service, can not rate enough! Would highly recommend using this service for any move, big or small. I posted on bark looking for a few remaining large items to be moved to my new house. I got a call almost immediately where I booked with ease. The guys got the job done really fast even though a lot was going onto the third story of my house. They even offered to try and move a sofa that previous movers couldn’t get upstairs. They had brilliant communication, very friendly and super speedy! Tom and his team went out of their way to help with our move and were very respectful throughout. They were also very considerate of our new carpets providing their own sheets. These guys are amazing!

We booked Pro Move as soon as our completion day was confirmed. Tom & Josh turned up bang on the time they said they would, and helped us move out from our 2 bed mid terraced to our new semi detached 3 bed home! 🏡

Nothing was too much trouble, honestly nicest guys to work with, from first visit to see how much we had, to numerous texts leading up to the move, and to the move itself!

We even was given the wrong keys to the property which delayed things, but Tom & Josh honestly couldn’t be more chilled about it!

Don’t think twice about booking these guys! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much Tom! I will be shouting about you guys to anyone who’s moving!!

This has to be the most friendly, efficient, and proactive ‘man with a van’ I have ever dealt with. Tom’s customer service from start to finish was superb. Messages dealt with quickly, exceptionally polite text messaging that immediately makes you feel that this service is going to be quality. Tom collected a sofa set for me and removed my existing sofas. I was contacted by the person that I was purchasing from with positive feedback before I had met Tom. He took such care of my walls and doors, providing blankets to cover steps, outside walls and obstructions so that my furniture wouldn’t snag during the installation. I cannot recommend ProMove highly enough. His prices are very competitive too. Whilst I was trying to organise the collection and delivery I was managing a difficult family emergency and Tom could not have been more considerate.
