I like dealing with family businesses. The attention to detail and advice they shared was worth me paying just a few pounds extra than what vistaprint quoted. We do lots of work for schools in the North West. They buy items such as flyers, brochures, banners on a regular basis and they love having PrintHub as a one-stop solution. We also do a lot of work for retail chains, especially their HR departments. This involves lots of training materials, product display and POS guidelines etc., which each store's staff use daily to keep merchandising looking consistent from store to store.
