Long overdue review! Looking back, taking part in Charlie’s retreat was one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had for my health and wellbeing. Even though some time has passed, the impact has definitely stuck with me. The whole experience felt thoughtful and intentional from start to finish. Every session had a clear purpose, and it never felt like a “one size fits all” approach. I took part in Charlie’s 5 day prime wellness retreat as part of our company's wellbeing program, which is incentivised for high performers. The prime retreat was held in Alicante in a private Villa. The retreat was tailored to our individual goals and abilities, after he conducted questionnaires with us to understand what these were. Charlie is very professional, engaging and genuinely interested and passionate about providing advice and helping us achieve our well being goals. The retreat was well structured with a clear itinerary, which included nutrition and stress consultation and management, morning cardio, tailored gym sessions, yoga, mobility and breath work. Charlie built rapport with everyone in the group asking a lot of questions and taking the time to learn about each individual and their lives, then providing workouts/nutrition advice/general advice to us all. Compared to the normal getaways that include a lot of drinking and lack of structure/planning, this was a breath of fresh air and something refreshingly different. I am due to do the retreat again in a couple of weeks time, so I am expecting it to be just as positive. I have been working with Charlie for 14 weeks now, and it's been life changing. My initial goals were to develop a healthier relationship with food and to change my body composition to get leaner and stronger. What we've achieved in 3.5 months has far surpassed those goals... Prime motion is a great way of staying in shape while being in the comfort of your own home. Charlie, the owner and founder of Prime Motion instructs 12 online classes a week and has different time slots to accommodate as many he can. If you can't make the live classes he also has a load of demand classes that still give you a great workout. Consistency, hard work and mindset. I’ll break down your barriers to exercise and help you understand how simple leading a healthy lifestyle can be. Once you’re 6 weeks in to my coaching and feeling incredible, your motivation will sky rocket and staying consistent with your health and fitness goals will just be part of your life.
What do you love most about your job?
It sounds cliche but I genuinely get so much out of helping people become happier and leading their healthiest life. I enjoy getting to the root cause of my clients barriers and obstacles and helping them see ‘fitness’ in a different light. Giving my clients the knowledge to create lasting change long-term and putting them in the driving seat of their health and wellness is what drives me.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before Covid-19, my entire coaching was face-to-face and then I transitioned my business to online in March 2019. In the past, when a client of mine has had covid during our coaching, I have modified their training programme appropriately to accommodate for their illness.
