Excellent! I had my carpets cleaned today by Jack and I am very pleased with the results. Georgina was extremely helpful when I phoned and booked in. Jack was very professional, knowledgable and thorough. It was super hot today and Jack powered through and didn’t complain once whilst carrying out the cleaning. The results are amazing! I have used alternative companies previously and Prima were much more attentive and professional. The aftercare given by Jack was also very useful. Prima are a very friendly and professional couple who did an excellent job cleaning the house we had rented. We were so impressed with their service that we have also asked them to assist us with cleaning my elderly fathers house and doing repairs and decoration for him.
