This gentleman was beyond helpful I was in a dangerous being threatened by a ex partner. This gentleman secured my property immediately and got new keys, and did the extra personal touch of speaking to the aggressor on the phone to stop contacting me as the property had been secured

I can’t praise Ben enough I had a nightmare with dynorod who recommended a cctv survey after causing unnecessary damage to my property. I was contacted by a number of different firms with offers to unblock drain, but I decided on Prestige Locks since they would match an offer made by another company. I verified with them if the quote would be fixed, just like with the another companies, but the price was raised more than twice on the task. I have managed to renegotiated to a compromise of some kind. even so, still more than the other business. Yes, this is why the price went up. Due to you saying the lock only needed changing after coming to the property you said the door wasnt locking so we then changed the gearbox in the door and kepted you with your old lock

We had an issue with our drains which had become backed up and was flooding our patio. Ben was quick to respond and at our property within an hour. He’d unblocked the drain relatively quickly but spent time checking the others and provided advice on how to prevent/resolve the problem if it reoccured. I recently hired Prestige Locks for locksmith services and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The locksmith, Benji, managed to open my door, but the job was left incomplete. Despite assurances of a thorough job, the issue with the doorknob remained unresolved. Additionally, I was charged an exorbitant fee of £170, despite the work being incomplete and not meeting the promised standard. Despite expressing my concerns, I ended up paying £150, which I still believe is unfair given the circumstances. Sorry if you feel disappointed. But as stated to you while we were there at this time of night we were not able to get the part for you today but could get it for you in morning. But when we mentioned it. You said you were happy with the service and what we have done already as we got the door to lock and unlock temporarily and you will phone lanlord to fix it as you didnt want to pay for a gearbox. As you were wanting to get to sleep as you are up early in morning.

Fast response, good comms, quick efficient work, cheerful team working in poor weather….. cannot fault them even our Staffie “Rox” loved them!

The wardrobe doors fell off, the toilet seat fell off and I had to then times water changed continually for two days. I gave him £130. 00 for £82.50 charged as the Dishwasher had to be installed but was not. The £50.00 has not been mentioned or returned. I will never hire this man again. He has had sufficient chances and proved negligent and irresponsible. More...
