I was impressed with the room size and quality of the furniture other features of note were the large screen TV with option for connetions for my laptop and QR code to access internet. New company and what better place to come..... As a new company we were looking for some office space so we can grow and Paula was an absolute angel when we had our intro meeting. No pressure at all for us to sign up. Had a tour and fell in love with the office space and the staff. Its modern, clean, stylish and such a great place to run a business from. Signed up on the same day (Yes it was that good of a walkaround / intro) and moved in within a couple of weeks. Greeted by the team on day 1 and they helped us move in and get set up. Stoke Driving school
I have been visiting Lodge @ Trent House for the past 12 weeks to see my physiotherapist following a road accident. Unfortunately, my physiotherapist was unable to provide the help I needed, and I have been referred elsewhere. Today marked my final visit to the facility. Lodge @ Trent House is housed in a large building, and upon arrival, visitors are required to check in at the reception area and wait for their physiotherapist to come out. However, I encountered an issue when I arrived on a weekday after 5:30 PM. At this time, the reception was closed, and there was no indication that I would need to wait outside for the physiotherapist to come out and assist me. I struggled to access the car park and only learned about the waiting situation when a kind lady informed me. In terms of the facility itself, the building is spacious and well-maintained. The staff, including the physiotherapists, are professional and dedicated to their work. However, there seems to be a lack of communication regarding after-hours procedures, as I was unaware of the need to wait outside when the reception is closed. Overall, my experience at Lodge @ Trent House has been mixed. While the quality of care provided by the physiotherapist was good, the lack of clarity regarding after-hours access and waiting procedures was a significant inconvenience. I would recommend that the management improve communication with patients to ensure a smoother and more pleasant experience for all visitors. More...

Our Company had the pleasure to work here at Trent House for 8 months and it was absolutely fantastic. You couldn't ask for a better team to provide the day to day running of the site, they are friendly, responsive and proactive - always thinking of ways to make the offices the best they can be. In our short time here we were invited to take part in office fun and games, 'feel good Fridays' with free fruit and cakes, visits from outstanding local caterers and more I'm probably forgetting! Collaboration happens naturally, in our time at the offices we ended up working with 3 other companies who inhabited the same site, and we've been over the moon with the results of these ventures. On top of the bits mentioned above, the onsite gym, games room and dog friendly offices truly made our time here phenomenal. First time here, no idea where go, the front door was locked and there were people laughing behind reception ignoring me despite looking right at me and me knocking on the door for 5 minutes, had to call the reception phone number to get someone acknowledge me to be told they didn't open yet (I had an appointment in 5 mins & wasn't made aware of open hours of the building, no signage anywhere regarding open hours), a few minutes later they let me in out the cold while other staff started arriving.
