Super fast response and a professional job done.

I chose Justin to replace a missing section of guttering based on the positive reviews he had. However, it proved to be a big mistake, and I do not recommend him at all. The section of gutter he fitted came off soon after installation.
In my honest opinion and from my perspective, he was a real disappointment. In hindsight, I shouldn't have ignored the negative feedback left by another customer. It should have been a red flag, and I shouldn't have hired him.
After the gutter fell off, I asked him to return and fix his work. He was defensive and mentioned rotten wood as a possible reason for the job's failure. However, in my opinion, any professional tradesman should ensure a solid foundation before fitting the gutter. I would have preferred it if he had walked away from the job after assessing rather than proceed with it if he was not able to do a proper job, and take full payment.
To redo and fix his work, he wanted more money. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay. He agreed to return about a week later, but on the appointed date and time, he didn't show up, nor did he return my calls or messages. It appeared to be radio silence.
After many attempts to contact him by phone and WhatsApp message, it seemed he was declining my calls and had subsequently also appeared to block me on the app. Later, I managed to reach him via text message, which he hadn't blocked yet. After the back-and-forth, it seemed he wasn’t interested in fixing the job. I informed him that I would be reporting him to Bark, leaving negative feedback, and taking legal action to recover the cost of fixing his work through the small claims court, using another tradesman.
He replied, saying he would also leave negative feedback for me so that I would never get a tradesman on Bark again. His precise reply was: "You talk such crap. Bark reviews are for clients too. So if u do a negative review, so will I for you. You will never get another tradespeople from there to do anything for you..."
Obviously, I won't be using this guy again, and I do not recommend him at all. This entire review reflects my honest opinion based on my personal experience with the individual and business mentioned above. All I can say is please look at all my customer reviews and then decide if this review is realistic and true, - which I can promise you is not. Unfortunately on this Site anyone can leave any type of review even if its a complete lie as this one is. Just to clarify the truth; 1. The customer was called on the day of the repair and told the small section of facia was rotten and needed replacing as it likely would not hold the new bracket. He didnt want to spend the additional £70 so said "do what you can and hopefully it will hold". I said unlikely but his choice. It didnt hold and the gutter csme loose agsin a week later. I said i could do it for the sane price quoted, he insisted it should be done for free, which I said no, - why would I. He then wanted a full refund for that small repair I did, but also for another repair elsewhere which was fine. Again I refused and said i would fix it fir the original quoted price, or just refund for that piece of work as he said he wanted someone else to do it. Despite this he became abusive insisting on a refund for other work too, and he was the the one sating he will damage my reputation on Bark unless I did exactly as he said as, and I quote, "you are just a worker and have to do what I want or else. As I said, a shame disgruntled selfish people who are unreasonable and lie can get to post whatever they wish because they cant bully people into whatever they want. Justin has done an excellent job cleaning the gutters of my house. Very efficient and friendly, he has also done an extra little job to fix a loose drain pipe at a very competitive price.

Justin is very nice and experienced professional, I was glad to hire his expertise to clean the roof gutters across my property. He was patient with the situation as it took him slightly more than budgeted time because gutters were possibly not cleared since few years. I would recommend premiere gutter cleaning. Very prompt response and visit to diagnose gutter leak that has persisted for some years. Other gutterers have failed to remedy the issue causing the leak.
I thought Justin’s diagnosis was well informed and he returned shortly afterwards to complete the job with the right part. So far the fix has worked, with the little bit of rain since the work was done. Excellent service won't know if it has cured Problem until it rains

Pleased with job carried out, which was done with a long pole and hoover would probably preferred he had used a ladder to make a physical inspection but I’m sure I’ll find out if it’s done properly at the next rainstorm.

Why would you leave such a damaging review when i explained very clearly that the job before you went overtime due to an unforeseen problem. And then i tried to rebook asap for a couple of days later.
