What do you love most about your job?
The aspect of my job I love the most is that I have helped so many people from so many different walks of life and seniority, achieve their specific challenges they brought to the coaching space. The therapeutic bridge that is established in the coaching space is something special in aiding clients achieve the goals or untangle other issues they did not know existed that was interfering with their ability to thrive as an individual.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was when I worked as a senior interim at a famous London hospital and I realised that as well as delivering on my own goals, I was using a form of coaching to support senior managers and directors in the organisation, make changes to their abilities in delivering. As I wanted to explore and enhance further my coaching flair, I decided to embark on a formal academic qualification at one of the most prestigious Business and Coaching schools, namely Ashridge. During and after the course I have had over 300 clients and am proud of what I have achieved and able to offer ongoing and future clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a very good non-judgemental listener which is the key characteristic of coaching excellence. I use two coaching approaches provide clients with the ability to reflect on what and why they are not achieving their full potential in what they bring to the coaching sessions, and then my solution focused approach enables clients to experiment with and then embed what often are new ways of working.

I almost exclusively provide my services online and have and have had clients internationally.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I am almost exclusively online, keeping clients physically safe is not an issue. I respect clients privacy 100% and the coaching space I offer is completely confidential as are any notes I take during the session.
