After requesting a quote for Lift insulation on Bark, Gary of Power Switch Energy offered to do the job. I agreed and accepted his quote, despite it was not the cheapest.
He promised that I will a receive a formal certificate of the work done, and demanded full pay before sending the certificate, but despite I paid immediately, I received NOTHING. No written certificate, and no online certificate. I contacted him after, and he promised he will post it, but again I received nothing. I can’t judge the quality of the work, but I definitely can say there was a lack of professionalism , which makes me wonder about the quality of the work too.
I frankly feel ripped off and I do not recommend him for future customers.
