I've been travelling Europe for the last 7 weeks. As a result of my travels, it has flaired up an existing disc bulge and caused my back to become very stiff and tight. I was fortunate to be able to pay Darren a visit. He cracked my neck, upper and lower back and performed a complete back reset. Daren has a rare talent able to alleviate, unblock and restore the natural state of the body, its movement and its energy flow. I have visited him on a consistent basis for the last 8 or so years. He is a qualified osteopath but there goes so much more than this. My loyalty to him has been such that if at the beginning my sessions were covered by insurance. But after changing providers later on my insurance no longer covers osteo but here I am coming again and again. Daren has been the consummate professional in diagnosing and then resolving different issues to relieve pain and help get me back to my best self. Akasha Spa is a gentle and quiet environment to settle into treatment and Daren is brilliantly set up to build recovery. I saw Camilla for an ongoing pulsatile tinnitus issue. I was not familiar with Cranial osteopathy specifically and as soon as I got to the appointment, I was warmly greeted and a thorough assesment was taken along with my medical history. I was instantly put at ease. I can honestly say that less than ten minutes after Camilla assessed my jaw and started gently releasing tension, the annoying noise in my ear just stopped. This is a remarkable result and I have rebooked to see Camilla. I am so impressed with not only the high level of evidence based practice but the bedside manner, professionalism, follow up care and cleanliness of the treatment room. It is very easy to book appointments online, including early morning and evening.
