We had a flood over the weekend, Jack came straight out, armed with a pile of towels. Not only did he fix the problem with our boiler, he dried & cleaned up the mess. Being in our 70s & having slight mobility issues, he was an absolute God send. He's a thoroughly pleasant & helpful young man.
