What do you love most about your job?
I specialise in helping people eliminate their phobia in a few online sessions - WITHOUT the anxiety of exposure therapy.
I enjoy quick results for my clients. I always offer a follow-up session to ensure that our work together achieved the desired results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always had an interest in behaviour and ways to manage it. Because of that, I studied hypnotherapy, Life-Coaching, Internal Family Systems therapy and completed a Master's degree in Psychology from Derby University.

I work primarily with adults and teenagers ready to address phobias and anxiety. Free initial consultations are available to discuss specific fears and questions.

While some simple phobias may be resolved in one session, additional sessions may be necessary based on individual circumstances and experiences.
