Pont + Wils Architects design process (led by our Director RIBA and ARB Chartered Architect, Oscar Wilson) is non prescriptive, iterative and options-based to give our clients a home that is suited to them; considers their budget; and required timeframes; whilst also maximised likelihood of planning approval. Our focus is to create exceptional spaces and architectural forms that are fully understood by each individual client, through the use of visualisations, VR and 3d Modelling as a key design tool, prior to the planning process - let alone commencement on site. We also have a 100% planning approval record.

All of our services, with the exemption of a measured building or site survey can be carried out online. Although, it’s our preference to visit our sites and clients in person to get the best possible sense of the project, existing building style/usage, site context/neighbours/vegetation/orientation, client personality and individual specific needs/wants/preferences/requirements.
