5-star gait analysis! I visited Up & Running Teddington for a gait analysis about a month ago and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and Samuel took the time to hear about my history of injury and other lifestyle factors . He then watched me run on one of their treadmills before suggesting shoes with particular properties to help my running style. I then took time to test each shoe before selecting one. It's a great service that I would recommend and the shoes in store are all premium so worth checking out More...

Great shop! I was a bit dubious as to whether it really made sense to go to a specialist running shop - I thought it was overkill and likely to be way more expensive than online. Wrong on both counts… They are very knowledgeable and professional and the customer service is excellent. They also have a wide range of shoes (plus accessories and clothes), with running machines to help with gait analysis etc so that you get the right shoes first time, although they allow a returns period if you don’t get on with your choice. The pricing is competitive compared to online, and because you start off with the right product, you can eliminate a lot of online returns and avoid having to make do with something that seemed like a good deal. Gold medal. More...
